When you have tough demands out of your pickup truck, it’s vital that you’re getting the power you need. There’s no denying the 2024 Chevy Silverado 1500 is capable. It’s a simple matter of choosing the right configuration for your needs, and Carroll Chevrolet will show you all the options.

All About Options

With its wide array of options, you can truly customize the 2024 Chevy Silverado 1500 to your perfect fit. It’s available in nine trim levels with both 2WD and 4WD options. The full-size truck has four engine options, three cab sizes (Crew, Double, or Regular Cab), and three bed lengths (short, standard, or long).

Maximum Payload Capacity

Models equipped with the eight-foot bed can carry up to 89.1 cubic feet of cargo, which is more than any of this truck’s competitors. If you’re more concerned with weight than size, you can haul up to 2,260 pounds when properly equipped. This requires the TurboMax™ engine, which delivers up to 310 horsepower and 430 lb-ft of torque, plus specific bed and driveline configurations; speak to your Chevy dealer for details.

Maximum Towing Capacity

When properly equipped, the Chevy Silverado can tow up to 13,300 pounds. For maximum towing power, opt for the available Duramax® 3.0-liter turbo-diesel engine, which delivers up to 305 horsepower and 495 lb-ft of torque. The workhorse also needs to be equipped with the available Max Trailering Package and 20-inch wheels and needs to be a Double Cab Standard Bed 2WD or Crew Cab Short Bed 2WD model.
