The work completed was excellent however, when you have an 8:30 appointment and you're there for 3 hours for an oil change, and tire rotation, that's a bit ridiculous.

My car was there a month and before I dropped it off I only put a couple hundred miles on it and when I got it back I had just made my first payment. I thought that turns around in transmission work is a joke. Although I am thankful for being able to get a loner in the mean time but was a little upset I had to bring one loaner back due to a sale and get into another one.

I sat in the waiting room for 90 minutes even though I had an appointment. When I asked about the status of my truck I was told it had not even got into the shop, this was a simple oil change so I requested my keys and left. I was extremely disappointed and will most likely never return to that dealership.
