We have a great community here in northwest Indiana and we love to give back through charities and with fun events like the ones on this page. The latest event was the Crown Point 4th of July Parade. We had a ball tossing out 3,000 red, white, and blue frisbees, and a whole lot of candy to all the kids along Main Street. See ya next year.
This is the Jack In The Box Edition Corvette.  One of our porters, Phil, and me tossing out frisbees.  My bride to be, Kelly, going to get more candy to toss. This event was a Corvette and Classic Car Show to benefit Andrew Bagnara. A local Crown Point teen. The show was sponsard by the Crown Point Corvette Club and Carroll Chevy. We had a great turn out on a great day. There was music, food, and door prizes throughout the day. Not to mention some fantastic vehicles on display. This is an anual event and we will post a flyer when next year's grows closer. Thank you all who came out for a great time and a great cause.  Above is a picture of Body Shop Manager, Jose Rivera & Truck Manager, Tom Brown who were Mock Arrested for charity to fight Muscular Dystrophy. They were taken to a makeshift jail at Youche Country Club where they spent time raising bail money for the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Together they raised about $2,500. Good job guys.  THE 2007 CROWN POINT HOMECOMING PARADE. BULLDOGS WON, 35 - 21 OVER LAPORTE IN THE GAME LATER THAT NIGHT. Use of the Corvette & a driver were donated by us for the parade.  #20 TONY STEWART HOME DEPOT CAR Orange was the color of the day as we had Tony Stewart's #20 Home Depot car here for everyone to see and hear. Souvenirs were available and driver cards were given out. Thank you to everyone who came out. It was a great turn out. We had a lot of fun and judging by all the smiles so did you.  Come on, give me let me take it for a spin. I promise I will bring it right back!  We are also a proud corporate sponsor of Meals on Wheels of Northwest Indiana Inc. And our Parts Manager, Greg Daniels, volunteers every month. |
