Up to $1,000 reimbursement of the cost of any eligible adaptive equipment when installed (or reinstalled) on any eligible, purchased or leased, new vehicle manufactured by Chevrolet.

Two additional years of standard OnStar service at no additional cost on all 2006-2007 Chevy vehicles equiped with OnStar delivered on or after 10/10/06. (Offer excludes reimbursement for safety belt extender.) That's a retail value of about $400 or more, depending on level of vehicle's standard OnStar service.
To qualify for the Reimbursement offer, vehicles must be adapted and a claim must be submitted within 12 months from the date of purchase/lease.
